Greetings NACA Forum user,

Thank you for your interest in NACA and the Native Food Movement. The Native American Culinary Association was founded based on a simple observation that there was a lack of culinary representation of Native American culture in the world of professional cooking. NACA went public in 2003 and has since then has had many small achievements that when combined make great strides for Native American Cuisine.
This NACA Forum is for you. Please feel free to use it in your own approach to cooking and please share your stories, input and opinions on the various topics listed here. The NACA Forum is for cooks of all skill levels, not only the professional cook/chef. Since the Native Food Movement and the development of Native American Cuisine involves many people from all walks of life, this NACA forum is for all people interested in Native American culture and foodways. So please use it to your advantage as we learn from one another.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns regarding the content of this forum. Also please refrain from posting anything that is not related to food and culture. Once again, as the Chef and Founder of NACA, I thank you for your support and interest in the Native American Culinary Association.
